Usage
The PM Series CNC Drilling & Milling Machine is a high speed drilling and light milling machine (Carbide Drill) for Tube Sheets, Flanges & Steel Plates, controlled by CNC and PC Programmable. It is mainly used for drilling holes and milling the grooves on the tube sheet. The positioning, feeding of the machine are all driven by servo motors, high efficiency, and high precision; and it is wildly used in Heat Exchanger Industry.

1-Machine Body- Welded by iron, Strong Structure, High rigidity & High Stability
2-Worktable- With T-slot for clamping the tube sheet or flange
3-Edge Finder-Equip hand wheel and edge finder to find the position of workpiece
4-Drilling Spindle-Precision Spindle, High Speed, Carbide Drill, Inner Cooling
5-Milling Function-Can use max Ф30 milling tool, milling thickness 3-5mm
6-Lubrication System-Equip auto lubrication device for linear guide & ball screw
7-Electric System- CNC，Easy Programming & Operate, Read AUTOCAD Files
